To ensure we can offer you a safe environment to help bring your dream kitchen to Life, we will be following the guidelines outlined by Public Health England and making some slight adjustments to the way you browse in store...

Please note before you arrive:

• Please do not travel if you are displaying any symptoms or have been around anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19 within the last two weeks.
• The showroom will be open 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Saturday.
• We ask that all visits are limited to two adults; unfortunately, we are not able to allow children to visit at this time.
• We will reserve two hours for each pre-booked personal design appointment.
• Due to current circumstances, the Life showroom permits a maximum of 15 visitors at any one time to ensure the safety of all our customers and staff. So, during particularly busy periods you may experience a short wait before entering.
  
  

What to expect when you arrive:

• Sanitisation points will be available throughout the showroom.
• We will ask you to provide your contact details upon arrival for track and trace purposes.
• Disposable gloves and masks are available for you to wear, and we ask that you wear these for the duration of your visit.
• A one-way system and social distancing floor markers are in place, ensuring a safe 2m distance is adhered to.
• To ensure your safety, whilst maintaining sight of your designer and your kitchen design, all desks will be fitted with a clear screen.
• Restroom facilities will be available.
• The showroom will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
• After each customer interaction with any of our displays, staff will disinfect surfaces and handled products.
• The Virtual Reality suite is available for use on appointment basis only. It will be sanitised before and after use and specific PPE guidelines must be adhered to when using it.
